Rwanda improves

Rwanda is the most improved sub-Saharan nation according to a survey looking at performance over the past five years. As one of the countries where Send a Cow works, we are very proud of the Rwandans’ achievements. The ‘Ibrahim Index’, payed for by a Sudanese businessman called Mo Ibrahim, names Mauritius as the best-governed and Somalia as the worst-governed state.
